- Managed daily operations for Victory Field Stadium, accommodating 14,200 seats and hosting over 100 events annually.- Oversaw 17 budget accounts, collectively exceeding $1 million in total.- Led the stadium’s cleaning program, supervising both in-house janitorial staff and a third-party cleaning service.- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating a team of seven full-time employees and 150 game-day staff.- Managed stadium security, including the alarm system, surveillance cameras, and daily securing of the facility.- Supervised external event security and medical teams, overseeing contracted services, billing, scheduling, and adherence to stadium policies.- Coordinated event setup and teardown, collaborating with various departments to ensure client requirements were met.- Served as the liaison to clubhouse managers, overseeing uniform inventory, equipment management, supply needs, and daily communications.- Developed and implemented fan policy guidelines, an employee handbook, and a comprehensive emergency response plan for the stadium.- Coordinated and managed external events at Victory Field, including high school championships, college games, and various stadium and parking rentals.- Established and maintained sales and trade agreements with third-party vendors.
