Some of my clients include Wendy’s, OhioHealth, Honda of America, MindLeaders, Columbus Torah Academy and Ruffian Films.

As a musician and arts advocate I felt that at least part of the music community was underserved in central Ohio and deserved an opportunity to be heard. I got together with a few other likeminded people and we formed Radio614, a 501c3 non-profit, dedicated to promoting local arts and artists. Now in our third year, we have grown steadily through our partnerships with small, locally owned, businesses and our grassroots efforts.

Each year United Way of Central Ohio offers the opportunity to help in their efforts through the Loaned Executive program. I have participated twice, most recently in 2018. Being a Loaned Executive with United Way of Central Ohio gave me a way to give back to my community. It was an eye opening experience and one that I wouldn’t trade. I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies from the smallest law firms to some of the largest institutions in central Ohio. Along the way I met people from all strata. I listened to their stories and learned about their situations. Everyone has a story and you just never know what someone has been through. During my three months at UWCO I managed or assisted with over 40 campaigns, many of them exceeding their fundraising goals. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in improving conditions and eliminating poverty in the central Ohio area.

In 2011 I had the opportunity to expand my skills dramatically when I accepted a contract with AEP. I was lucky enough to be the second employee in a new communications department that was part of a Fortune 500 company. In addition to writing/producing/directing and editing videos, I was writing executive memos, speeches, brochure copy and news articles. A couple of accomplishments I am particularly proud of are the establishment and maintenance of a digital signage network spanning 11 states, and production of AEP Transmission’s first (and three subsequent) all-hands meetings. More than 2000 employees in 11 states attended these meetings. I also produced a 6-part documentary on the largest renewable transmission energy project ever undertaken in the U.S., and I initiated a series of humorous safety videos that helped reduce workplace accidents and injuries.

Wrote/produced/directed/edited non-broadcast video programs for corporations, agencies and non-profit organizations. Typical uses include marketing, education, live event, trade shows and fundraising.Managed video projects from beginning to end including supervising writers, videographers, editors, graphic designers, actors, voice-over talent and others. Responsible for staying on budget, communicating with clients and making sure that all projects assigned were both profitable and exceed customer expectations.
