As Capture Manager, I am responsible for the coordination of internal company assets to balance resource priorities, minimize risk and to maximize the probability of a winning strategy on all proposals to strengthen Vision's position. Manage over all Pre Sales efforts of Sales, Project Management, Proposal Management and Executive Team to insure all information is delivered on or before its due date. Provide critical analysis and technical skills for the qualification of large and complex projects (+/- $80 million per year). Research, leverage and identify new opportunities within the Commercial & Federal space. Lead Mediator between Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Proposal Manager and Executive Team.

I was promoted to Sales and I am now able to work closer with my existing customers while developing new business. Total Sales goals of $4 mil with $2mil being new business.

Account Management Functions:- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers- Meet and grow revenue goals for each account ranging from $5k-$5mil in yearly revenue- Negotiation and maintenance of all sales and service contracts- Prepare and oversee monthly billing reportsSales Functions:- Government and Commercial Sales for Telecommunications, IP Security & Physical Security- Accounts include Customs & Border (DHS), Fannie Mae, Tompkins Builders, MCPS, GSA, Johnson Controls, BRAC Projects, Organization of American States (OAS), Tenelec Harvey Cleary & Turner Construction- Generate bids, proposals, SOW's, bill of materials and labor/material estimates for projects estimated up to $5 million- Proposal Manager- Keep track and distribute incoming RFP's as necessary- Prepare/write,locate, decipher, and reply to Request for proposals (RFP's)- Engineer projects up to and in excess of $5 million- Assemble job packages- Project Schedules, AIA Documents

- Oversee and negotiate the procurement of over $10 million dollars in material yearly- Bid material for all jobs ranging from $1,000-$2mil.- Keep very detailed documentation and spreadsheets of all material delivered and shipped to our headquarters and job sites across the country- Use the Timberline accounting system for inputting, tracking, and receiving of all materials (Purchasing, Inventory and Job Cost modules)- Provide weekly job cost reports for all jobs in progress and close out job cost reports for completed jobs, around 250 jobs yearly- Oversee and maintain a 10,000 sq ft. running warehouse using the Timberline Inventory System- Perform bi-annual inventory on roughly $350,000 worth of material- Keep a running stock of material - Schedule all material deliveries- Shipping/Receiving- Perform monthly reports on all maintenance and gas used for thirty company vehicles

Oversee and submit all necessary paperwork for residential and commercial jobs up to $750,000 with up to 20 technicians.Duties included the installation, troubleshooting, and testing of:- Data Systems: Cat5e and Cat6 (Wirescope 350/PRO & Fluke DSP-4300/DTX-1800)- Voice Systems: Cat3, Cat5, high pair count backbone and riser cables, cross-connecting, performing adds and moves, and troubleshooting LAN lines and select telephone systems- Fiber Optics: Single mode and Multi mode (62.5, 50mic, 10 GIG) fiber using hot melt, epoxy, and Unicam applications (Wirescope, Fluke and OTDR)- Coaxial: RG-6, RG-11, and RG-59 for CATV, audio/video; and land based radios. Also have installed a head in and Z-Band systems where CATV is ran over Cat6 (SAM Meter)- Splicing: Fiber optic, copper, and CATV splicing (Noyes Fiber Optic Splicing Rig and Verizon copper 710 butterfly tool)- Closet build out- Installation of EMT, PVC and rigid conduit for residential and commercial projects
