Eddie is the Co-founder and Executive Director of KOS International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8042). KOS International Holdings Limited (KOS Group) is the 1st locally established recruitment firm listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is responsible for managing all of the KOS brands, including KOS Recruitment, KOS Staffing, KOS Executive, and KOS Solutions. Operating in Hong Kong, Macau and China, KOS Group provides recruitment services, payroll management, and outsourcing services for our clients across a diverse range of industries.Being a young entrepreneur, Eddie established KOS Group in 2009 at his age of 26. He has been playing a dynamic role to drive the company development. Building and leading effective teams, he involves high-level decision-making as well as identifying areas where it benefits the company to bring in new personnel. He inspires and leads teams helps company scale up as the market share increases. He initiates process to launch IPO and leads the company successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in Oct 2018.He commenced his career in recruitment in 2008 with a UK listed market leading recruitment business whereby his focus was on sales and marketing positions. He remains actively involved in the generation and execution of mandates and now concentrates on searches of a senior executive level for the Hong Kong and China markets.
