I managed projects from inception to completion and ensured a successful project within the set time and budgetary constraints. I assisted HR partners on GM topics and liaised with delegates to provide practical consultations regarding immigration, tax, and cost. Leveraging industry knowledge, I prepared major documentation related to allowances, compensation, tax calculations, and delegate briefings. I supported U.S.-specific regional tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines. While overseeing short-term and long-term delegations, I consulted on US-specific immigration and taxation laws. I managed visa processing and taxes and recorded data included daily allowances, tax withholdings, and income calculations for payroll. To ensure successful and timely project delivery, I conducted risk evaluations by collaborating with stakeholders.Some of my career highlights included:- Improving operational process through strategic development resulting in a reduction in the processing time by 20% for US work visas.- Maximizing staff productivity by developing a curriculum and decreased onboarding training period by 50%.

As a Business Travel Consultant, I advised SIEMENS employees traveling abroad from the U.S. on internal compliance and government regulations. I supported immigration, income tax packages, and work permits. By performing business travel assessments, I ensured compliance with foreign laws and policies. I developed and streamlined existing procedures.

As a recruiter, I managed the full recruitment process and conducted candidate assessments and interviews. By monitoring staff performance, I ensured ongoing performance excellence and provided feedback and disciplinary sessions during regular onsite visits.Some of my career highlights included:- Increasing client satisfaction by effectively managing the top three client accounts through staff leadership and training.

As an Economic Development Fellow with CARE Thailand, I assisted in organizing developmental projects in collaboration with local tribal headmen and government agencies. I organizing and implementing alternative sustainable revenue streams for the (Rohingya, Hmong, Karen) hill tribe people. Each program was designed to incorporate each village’s needs, culture, skills, and local resources to produce not only an additional but sustainable revenue source. My efforts involved overcoming language and cultural barriers and developing personal relationships with local government officials and community leaders. I enhanced my cultural competency as I worked and served among those of various cultures and ethnic backgrounds.- Supported economic development projects funded by CARE Intl. in the Mae Cheam District.- Researched local market data to ensure proposed business models would produce sustainable alternative revenue source.- Consulted with Thai municipal government officials to address the local portfolio of developmental campaigns.Additionally, I worked with the regional municipality to provide feedback and volunteer in their educational and health development programs, which included a development campaign to eradicate mosquitoes that spread Dengue and Malaria in the Mae Chaem District.
