I am a motivated and customer focused individual, with over 25 years experience in process improvement in the manufacturing, logistics and telecommunications sectors. During this time I have been employed in various roles covering all areas of business operations including tendering, product development, purchasing, planning, production and warehousing.As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have led project teams and trained individuals in lean methodology, continuous improvement and leadership for organisations such as Caterpillar, Scania and Service Stream.In my current role as the Process Improvement Manager I am responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives for Service Stream who is a delivery partner to NBN Co.I have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and leading effective change.
