My career in public service began in the heart of London. This position gave me an invaluable grounding in working alongside people and understanding their needs to get the best results possible. The skills I gained in this position transformed my career into what it is today, providing a unique service to clients across the UK. After fifteen years, I began working as a police advisor and specialised in telecommunications.I gained an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Brighton and quickly developed my skills by working successfully with many high-profile clients, and in senior roles with a number of global technology companies. This allowed me to advance my consultancy work, building my client base and skill set across the service, engineering, retail, public and technology sectors.I am the founding director of Chapter 3 Consulting, where I work with companies of all sizes, assisting them in compliance, efficiency, growth and ISO implementation.
