I am the Founder and CEO of The Convolo Group, a holding company that compounds value through owning high quality businesses. We focus on businesses that have significant operations in Australasia with global opportunities. I previously spent 12 years at The Cranemere Group where we pioneered the long-term capital model. There I led the acquisitions of Acquabella, F&D Group, Mcbath, Fiora, Nuovvo, Aquatica, and MTI Baths. I am a Director of the ES Group and each of its group companies. I served as interim CFO on several occasions. I serve as Chairman of Deazy, a private equity-backed B2B marketplace for software developers and small and medium sized businesses. Prior to Cranemere, I co-led LAUNCH, a startup accelerator in the San Francisco Bay Area, spent 3 years at McKinsey focused on growth strategy and data-driven transformations in consumer and industrial companies, and I founded, scaled and sold Equip Schools, an education technology company. I founded an angel investment group, Let There Be Ventures, co-authored a student development textbook, and have been a keynote speaker presenting to over 20,000 people across Australia on education and student development.I have a MBA with honors, Bachelor of Laws with honors (JD equivalent) and a Bachelor of Science (Philosophy, Math, Physics).
