Founder and President, I have been blessed to oversee the growth of this wonderful institution from a vision to a well established institution of higher education. In 2003, God enabled me to negotiated the largest gift ever for the seminary, valued at 2.5 million and relocating the school close to the Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. As President, I work closely with the Board of Directors, oversee all day-to-day operations, and deal with various governmental and accreditation agencies. The Seminary holds Accredited Status as a Category IV Institution with TRACS. The Institution currently offers: Doctor of Ministry, Master of Divinity, M.A. in Biblical Studies, M.A. Urban Christian Ministry, B.A. Biblical Studies, B.A. in Pastoral Studies, B.A. Urban Christian Ministry, A.A. Biblical Studies, and A.A. Urban Christian Ministry. I also teach in the Department of Pastoral Studies.In addition, I speak in area churches, lead conferences and seminars on such topics as church administration, managing the non-profit, diversity building, social capital, and various areas of pastoral studies.

Provided leadership in all areas of church related administration, including risk management, strategic planning, HR and growth concerns.

Started with a vision and was privileged to help grow the church to 175 members before leaving to serve full-time at Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary, and outgrowth ministry of the church.

Served as Senior Pastor of a multi-staff church and experienced growth annually. During this time the church moved from a single race congregation to being multi-ethnic.
