Served as the president and CEO for the Urban League of Greater Southwest Ohio, oversee day-to-day operations. The Urban League has 70 employees and covers Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky metro areas. The League serve 1600 black, brown, & women-owned businesses a year with total revenues over 7 billion and 60 thousand employees. The organization serves over 30,000 people in the community. The Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio also serves as headquarters to the Small Business Development Center of Hamilton County, the Center for Social Justice, and the Partnering Center.

Serve as the first Chief Impact Officer for Mile High United Way- the first United Way in the country. Lead the organization's roughly $18 million in programming and direct all investment strategies to maximize impact and drive innovative results-based initiatives in Metro Denver's most under-resourced communities.

The Denver Foundation is an $820 million dollar organization. The mission of The Denver Foundation is to inspire people and mobilize resources to strengthen our community. Since 1925, The Denver Foundation has helped generous people to be catalysts for good by building charitable legacies. As Colorado's oldest and largest community foundation, the Foundation helps people give back to Metro Denver in ways that are meaningful -- to them and to the community.- Member, Finance Committee- Chair, Leadership and Equity Committee

Served as principal aide to the Superintendent and the Board of Education in helping address constituent issues, planning board meetings, and policy development. Coordinated District's outreach serving 92K students, 15K employees, and a roughly $1B budget. Served as liaison to civic leadership, business and industry, interest groups and community leaders, ensuring strong, two-way dialogue. Provided strategic leadership at federal, state and city government affairs work. Provided internal/external coordination for key priorities, at times drove strategic initiatives that were critical and/or had significant community outreach and, communications sensitivities. Managed Senior Leadership Team comprised of core leaders of the District. Led a team charged with supporting the work across internal and external stakeholder groups. The office managed the 2016 $628.6MM Bond and Mill Levy tax implementation across the district.

SeedIM Ventures is a private equity firm that acquires and advises firms run by or for vulnerable populations (underrepresented minorities, veterans & returning citizens). Additionally, our team of advisors also helps firms acquire capital via equity crowdfunding. Our hands-on approach to advising entrepreneurs helps to improve returns, reduces costs, and help entrepreneurs remain aligned to their social mission and positively impact their communities.

Consultant through HCM Strategists serving as Colorado State Policy Adviser for Lumina Foundation's Strategy Labs: A State Policy Agenda to increase Higher Education Attainment among 33 of Colorado's colleges and universities. Managed statewide technical assistant fund. Lumina's Goal 2025 is 60% degree attainment.

Served as the founding regional executive director for College Track, a comprehensive multi-state education nonprofit. The 10-year program removes barriers that prevent underrepresented students from earning college degrees by providing them with comprehensive academic support, identity development, and scholarships. Raised approximately $3.1 million in start-up capital to establish a Colorado region and opened a new site in Denver.

Provided legal assistance to condemned prisoners, children in the criminal justice system, people wrongly convicted or sentenced, and the poor and vulnerable facing imprisonment. Advocated for more hopeful solutions to the violence, powerlessness, and despair that plague many marginalized communities.
