Currently he leads the Internal Tools Accessibility program at Microsoft, where he ensures the THOUSANDS of internal websites, apps and tools are accessible to the company's 250K employees and partners. Previously he was the Community Manager for the global Windows Insider program, ensuring that the 24M Windows Insiders, who represent the 1.3 BILLION Windows users globally had their feedback heard. Before joining Microsoft, Eddie spent over 20 years as an IT Pro in the financial industry and served in the US Navy, specializing in communications.
