Director, Systems Engineering - Asean
Current• Systems Engineering Leadership responsibilities for team of highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineers and Manager professionals across ASEAN region• Develop and own outcomes oriented Systems Engineering initiatives which drive pipelines and sales• Plan and architect compelling technical and business focused solutions which drive adoption and growth after initial sales and across the portfolio• Build and maintain relationships with key customers in the region to solidify reference accounts• Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with Palo Alto Networks’ partners, drive and measure initiatives to improve sales productivity through partner leverage• Drive portfolio sales into the region’s account base and leading solution expansion initiatives • Provide account support through SE assignment, load balancing, continuity, strategic planning with sales management teams• Operate effectively in a matrix manner with extended teams such as Support, Finance, WW SE, HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Product management and other relevant organisations• Demonstrated development plans and execution, reduced attrition results and initiatives, clear history of promotion and success• Acts as an escalation point for pre-sales and post sales technical issues in ASEAN region• Develop, mentor, manage and support reporting systems engineers with technical and organizational leadership• Manage successful evaluations and timely return of equipmentsMajor Accomplishments Awarded Century Club winner (Exceeding 100% quota attainment) in FY13, FY16, FY17, FY18 and FY19Awarded Summit Club winner (Company Top Achievers) in FY13, FY16, FY17, FY18 and FY19
