Service Owner for Workday and iTrent

Responsable for a CTIO Operations CSI improvement team, leading a team of Improvement Managers and BA's.Working with the wider CSI team and CTIO Operations area's to identify, assess and implement improvement opportunities to benefit Virgin Media, its staff and customers.

Working in the office of the CIO, I am responsible for Technology Improvement and Automation.Working together we aim to bring operational improvements and simplify business process, allowing the company to maximise output and reduce cost.We play an essential part in the delivery strategy within Technology and by tweaking solutions we are able to demonstrate the values it brings to the company.Key responsibilities include:- Leadership and management of specialised team- Reviewing business requirements and setting targets and objectives- Presentation of objectives and results to customers and senior management- Constant review and development of personal and team processes- Outstanding customer and business relationships- In depth knowledge of business structure, team dynamics and technical resources

As EtoE Manager my role is to lead, manage and develop a selection of the most highly skilled and dedicated Technical Specialists within Virgin Media.
