Mechanical Construction Manager for the EPC Crude Oil Storage Expansion project in Panama.The project consists of the construction of two complete crude oil storage terminals, each on opposite sides of Panama. Responsibilities include: Manage construction of all B31.3 piping systems and associated equipment, such as high pressure pumps, MOV's, etc Responsible for development of mechanical erection schedule, and ensuring manpower and equipment resources are available to complete schedule dates Perform project engineering duties, such as oversee multi-discipline site engineering issues and resolution with client and subcontractors Coordinate material management for both jobsites Assist project manager in preparation of formal correspondence with client and subcontractors, as well as change orders, etc. Represent the company and project in the absence of the project manager

Site Material Management on $1 Billion LNG project in Quintero, Chile.  Contract Coordinator of offsite subcontractors: two spool fabrication shops and paint shop, totaling around $3.3 million. Responsible for handling technical queries, material supply, invoice review and approval Oversee onsite material management: material receipt, OS&D management, and all material issuing to crews Materials management database administrator, including management of data entry, creating custom queries and reports  Coordinate local purchasing of permanent materials Conduct interviews, hiring, and release of personnel Ensure material management procedures are implemented and followed Participated in selection of logistics and customs agent subcontractors

Engineering & Procurement for $252 Million Gas Plant project in Cabinda, Angola Responsible for managing change order process to P&ID's, with coordination of lead engineers.
