• Manage and integrate cloud based platforms with locally deployed products as part of an end to end managed service solution suite
• Assist in the establishment of the product roadmap
• Oversee software demonstrations and act as the product expert for clients

• Publish thought leadership content including marketing collateral, blogs, articles and conduct media interviews

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle providing demonstrations and understanding client business and technical requirements
• Establish professional service estimates, facilitate handoff to services
