Business BackgroundEddie joined JLL as a Senior Vice President in the Minneapolis office in March 2021. Prior to that, he was a Principal with Avison Young. Professional Affiliations and AccreditationsEddie holds a CCIM designation ~ Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. In the past Eddie has been involved with the public committee for both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Association for Capital Growth (ACG). Eddie is active in his community, is a Children's MN Counsel Member which includes sitting on the Executive Committee and the Corporate Giving Board. PersonalEddie and his wife Lindsey live in Orono, MN where they are raising their family (three children - Lucy, Rocco and Harley). Eddie's passions include River Valley Church, Golfing, Ironman and spending time with his family.
