Lead and manage the overall operations of the fraternity, overseeing a chapter of 60+ active members. Coordinate and chair the weekly executive council and chapter meetings to plan and execute events, initiatives, and fraternity business. Manage the fraternity’s budget and financial activities, including dues collection, event funding, and financial reporting. Represent the chapter in communications with university officials, alumni, and national fraternity headquarters. As well as organize and facilitate philanthropic events and community service projects, strengthening fraternity relations with the local community.

• Executive Director (2024): Led HPU’s Zeta Phi chapter’s fundraising efforts; raised over $100K by Veterans Day to provide four Action Trackchairs®, despite a 30% increase in price. Collaborating with The Independence Fund to oversee nationwide fundraising efforts for all KA chapters. Publicized the initiative on television through multiple new channels and interviews. • Assistant Executive Director (2022-2023): Helped organize fundraising events for HPU’s Zeta Phi chapter, raising over $40K to provide two Action Trackchairs® for disabled veterans. Coordinated fundraising efforts for four other KA chapters, each successfully raising funds to provide an Action Trackchair®.

• Establish and grow the Fresh Prints brand at HPU by developing relationships with campus organizations• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop customized apparel based on each client’s brand, budget & timeline• Coordinate with Art, Operations, and Logistics teams to develop & deliver apparel that meets the client's needs
