With decades of Executive Management experience in a variety of companies requiring a broad range of business skill sets, disciplines and execution, Eddie is recognized for high energy and a passion for continuous improvement. He is known for expertise in budgeting and projecting, financial analysis & reporting, pricing, new ventures, mergers & acquisitions, business consulting, problem solving, deal making, human resources, risk management, strategic advice, executive management, sales & marketing, corporate and conflict negotiation. In sum, Eddie is deftly able to reconcile broadly differing legal, sales/marketing and profit goals.After obtaining a Master's in Professional Accounting, Eddie joined KPMG and worked both in Audit and Tax handling clients in Real Estate, Banking, Hotel & Leisure, High Wealth and Car Rental Industries. Eddie joined Alamo Rent-A-Car as their Manager of Budgeting, in their new Strategic Planning Department, and was ultimately promoted to Director of Strategic Planning. He then served as the President's Chief of Staff for one year. Thereafter, he worked in International Sales & Marketing as a Director developing business and directing their budget goals & objectives.Next, Eddie came on board with a young company (Concrete Reinforcing Products & American Steel Fabricators) to help grow and expand it's operations, capital and organization. As the Vice President of Finance & CFO, he played a key role in growing the business five-fold in sales. In addition, Eddie participated with the President in purchasing and selling other businesses during his tenure there.After CRP/ASF, Eddie was recruited by CBM of America, Inc. to help them also grow the business, increase capital availability, increase profits and build a solid organization. As their Vice President of Finance & CFO, for 15 years, Eddie worked closely with the President, Shareholders and other Executives to grow CBM Nationwide in the Wide Area Data Transfer and High Speed Switching world.In October 2015, Eddie started working as a small business consultant and to invest and manage both commercial and residential real estate. Currently, he is overseeing commercial real estate of his own and real estate for other partnerships as well.
