So, in 1995 Ed went independent and Downey Financial Group was born. Since that time he and his firm have protected hundreds of families from over taxation and extreme risks. Ed has been happily married since 2000 to his beautiful wife Shannon. They have 3 young children that keep them both VERY busy.
