I have worked in strategic management roles for over 25 years, in sectors including Nuclear and Archives & Records Management. Having worked on many projects for companies and organisations both large and small over this time I am proud of the contributions I have been able to make to their successful delivery.My career has been focused on Contract & Commercial Management, Procurement and stakeholder engagement, in the first instance as an owner/Director of an SME in the document management sector. Having been part of the team that enabled the business to substantially innovate, develop and grow revenues tenfold, I joined Restore via an acquisition process. Prior to this, I identified, sponsored and was a key member of the bid team working successfully on a tendering exercise (c. £50m) setting up, operating and delivering supporting projects for the Nucleus facility in Caithness, on behalf of Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Archives Ltd.Having been dedicated to the NDA project from day one it was a source of great pride to have contributed to the success of a project that transformed from a field and a vision to a well-managed and highly reputable service to the nuclear industry in little over nine years, with both domestic and international recognition.
