- Responsible for the language deliveries in various markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.- Accountable for driving organizational results across all projects and clients for the languages in the region. - Provides strategic and tactical direction to all teams to ensure high quality results and customer satisfaction- Accountable for the overall performance of my organizations by effectively managing outcomes and measures of performance (e.g. quality, budget, resourcing, client satisfaction, etc)- Enables the team to be successful and deliver exceptional results- Works with senior leadership to develop overall strategies and tactics for the Language Delivery & Operations function- Helps to build customer loyalty by ensuring customer requirements and expectations are understood and proactively addressing issues and concerns- Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters andensures effective achievement of objectives

- Full responsibility for all work carried out by Singapore and Vietnam Network Office.- Oversee the translations for Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam market.- Full responsibility for revenue, cost, gross margin, net margin for Singapore and Vietnam Network Office. - Implement and improve processes and procedures. Ensure the team members understand and follow SDL’s procedures. Take appropriate action to ensure compliance.- Set team objectives based on company objectives.- Provide full linguistic support to division offices. - Make sure quality of deliverable is above or in line with clients’ expectations. Be responsible for the end quality of the work done by the team.- Establish direct links with clients where appropriate to ensure good communication on linguistic matters.- Monitor the productivity and utilization of the team.- Development of team members.- Recruitment, provide training and induction of new staff. - Create reporting structure within the department. Ensure appropriate structure for effective delegation. - Responsible for all external resources and outsourcing strategy. - Hold regular departmental meetings and one-to-one meetings with team members.
