Incorporating Airtron, Clockwork Home Services, Home Warranty of America, DE Home Services, Canada.Responsible for leading a team to build the physical presence of Direct Energy in the Energy Services market in North America. Led the acquisitions of Clockwork PLC, a large franchisor, and Home Warranty of America, an insurer with the capabilities to manufacture home service contract products for distribution and service by Clockwork franchisees in all states in the US. Thus moving the market in US from almost exclusively 'fail and fix' towards a 'service and maintain' dynamic. Led Direct Energy Services to be the largest energy services company (with nearly 5000 technicians) by a factor of 2 in the US.

Responsible for leading the team that turned around this loss making central heating installation business and transforming it to good profitability and extremely high customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Changed the products, made it much more devolved and local in feel and changed the incentives for the local teams to work well together. Introduced Fred Reicheld's notion of NPS to Centrica and made it core to this business, as it has become so to the rest of Centrica.
