I truly believe that my heart is in education and serving people. By serving as a principal in any school district, I would be able to build more relationships with students, families, and staff members. I have never felt complacent with what I have done as an educator and I am always willing to do more and go the extra mile. I feel like an opportunity in administration would allow me to impact more students, families, and staff. I am a very forward-thinking and flexible individual, which helps me tackle the diverse tasks of being an administrator.
