I am a Special Counsel with Covington & Burling, based in its London office. My practice focuses on complex and high value disputes, often multi-jurisdictional in nature, including litigation, commercial arbitration, investor-state arbitration, as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. A significant proportion of my cases involve allegations of international fraud, and I have particular experience in asset recovery measures, including freezing orders, asset tracing and related matters.I advise clients in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the disputes arising out of the CIS region, as well as disputes in the energy and financial services sectors.
