*Scale up of hydrocyclone apparatus for solid-liquid separation Designed and performed experiments necessary for scale up of the apparatus. Performed sensitivity analysis to understand design parameters’ effects on efficiency. Determined design parameters and operating conditions to optimize separation efficiency. Consulted and worked closely with operators and lab technicians to collect and analyze samples for product characterization. Lead project team in developing project scopes, generating cost estimates $1M in Capital costs. *Six Sigma Project  Improved yield by 0.7% using Six Sigma methodology.
