During the 10 years I worked for F5 I was the lead technician on 7 different new F5 products from the 1st stage prototypes to pre-manufacturing. During which time I supported everything from intricate electronic repair on prototype motherboards to distribution and tracking of full prototype systems to various other F5 facilities. I ordered supplies and equipment for the engineering lab. I also provided computer support for the lab. The computer support included OS installation, specialized engineering software (i.e. Mentor Graphics) installation and software updates (removing and replacing older computers to run our newest software). In between and during major projects I completed primary and secondary component testing as well as system testing that included thermal and mechanical testing. I also worked with other companies to provide offsite vibration testing. System software was based on Linux so I was proficient in navigating the Linux command line as well as Python code in order to manipulate code for the purpose of automated testing.

Employed as an Assembler to be promoted twice earning a Engineering Technician II position with the use of experience, knowledge of products and satisfaction of internal customers. Contributed to many different products for alpha to production phase.
