Responsible• Provide staff engagement within University to using Microsoft solution.• Provide business analysis and recommended to staff for a best fit solution using Microsoft SharePoint Technology.• Develop procedures, governance documents, implement and communicate operational processes and policies.• Develop and support forms on SharePoint using InfoPath and the K2 BlackPearl workflow application.• Involve in simple custom SharePoint development like feature, custom actions, web part, web services etc• Assist in the development of training material and training modules and co-ordinate the provision of training for SharePoint users. Provide one on one instruction as required.• Provide a central support and development service for SharePoint users. This involves client consultation, recommending solutions, support and trouble-shooting. • Provide assistance to peers through sharing of knowledge and experience to help raise the overall SharePoint skill levels in ICT.

• Students & Staff network analysis and maintenance.• Network administration & support• Provide onsite hardware & software maintenance, repair and installation to staff and student.• Assistance in open-source solution R&D project• Web site develop & maintenance & Online e-learning system support• Front end & backend system integration.
