Growing up, I was always a sports fanatic with a deep passion for sporting goods. After graduation and short stint in Taipei working as sales associate, I landed in China to start my career in product development in the hard shell injection luggage industry. With the love for sneakers, I was encouraged to move onto the hands-on footwear industry. In my first 5 years in footwear field, I have served various roles in customized orders and LEAN manufacturing. Relocated back to Taiwan in 2012 to spend the recent 12.5 years with Nike leading/scaling revolutionized footwear innovations, product development/commercialization, new material/vendor validation, and consumer insight analysis. .
