Current• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures and settings to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification in order to protect data on computer systems/networks (firewall, anti-virus, spams…).• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems, perform daily server back-up, maintenance and software updates when needed.• Consult with users, management, vendors to assess computing needs and system requirements; Handle orders of IT products; follow-up and assess new technologies application in Mitsulift.• Provide daily IT assistance and troubleshooting to employees on hardware and software in coordination with software providers when needed in all branches.• Configure and setup all programs and software related to company assets (telephones, tablets, smartphones, access, internet…).• Oversee IT products Inventory.• Oversee and schedule IT assistant tasks.
