I am responsible for setting the sales plan, coaching and leading the Key Accounts and the FMCG sales teams, selling all the basket of Products of G.Tamer Holding in different distribution channels.

• Improving the positioning of several well known local made Brands• Weekly orders from the factory based on the average of the Sales of at least 3 months• Contacting new suppliers to seek for new Raw Materials with Higher quality and more cost efficiency.• Communicate and work in collaboration with the advertising agency on a daily basis• Setting the marketing & advertising plans• Seeking and penetrating new Markets • Creating Product competitive advantages• Work in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager to find opportunities for improvement in interactive marketing campaigns• Set and follow up the monthly targets of the Sales team• Execute Marketing activities including development of Marketing, advertising and promotional activities• New products development programs: testing new products, qualitative and quantitative testing, etc.• Organize and follow up promotions and events• Prepare the forecasting and the budgeting for several brands• Make frequently Market visits and surveys• Prepare frequent Consumer and Trade offers• Enhance the visibility of the Brands by Creating attractive P.O.S materials• Market prospective and statistics• Organize and implement client relations including client satisfaction surveys, client development activities, client skills training and special events• Monitor and collect data on competition/marketing intelligence• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and P.R activities

• Introducing Pharmaceutical and Para Pharmaceutical products to 300+ Pharmacies in Metn, Keserwan, and jbeil region• Ensuring the money collection do not exceed the credit time limit• Ensuring a proper visibility of the products and customer follow up
