About Eddy Arguedas

With over 15 years of experience in organizational psychology, human resources, and business administration, I am passionate about helping organizations and people achieve their full potential and happiness. As an Organizational Designer and Talent Hunter at Funtivity, I advise and accompany our clients in creating high productive and sustainable work environments, from headhunting to talent strategy.I also leverage my academic background and expertise as a Professor of Organizational Psychology at Universidad de Costa Rica, where I tutor and teach master's degree students. I have a MBA from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica, and multiple certifications in process improvement and change management. I enjoy being creative, strategic, and goal-oriented, as well as building great teams and having fun in the process.
