Edward “Eddy” CooperWith 20+ years total experience in the Commercial Audio Video industry. Eddy has served in the United States Marine Corps where he specialized in aviation electronics (A6-E) prior to entering the AV industry. He has a strong history managing large consultant based and various sizes of design-build AV projects. Attention to detail in project management, easy going attitude, and overall dedication to quality installations are his best traits. He has also held TS clearance.Eddy’s job responsibilities have included: system design, verifying and completing equipment lists, oversight of shop drawings for fabrication and installation, coordinating and managing execution of work, oversight of configuration and custom program based programming, configuring/testing various VTC endpoints, and testing/commissioning of final systems. The last 5+ years have been spent on the Service & Support side of the Audio Visual industry gaining further knowledge and experience with various vendor processes, SalesForce, ServiceNow, and working to set a new benchmark in customer satisfaction (while also being presented the Matt Faulkner Service Excellence Award). Designated as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and trained as a project manager by NSCA. Edward has participated in various industry and technology training and certifications including: ICIA, AMX, Cisco, Crestron, Polycom, Extron, ClearOne, BiAmp, Barco, Tandberg Certified Expert Partner, Synergetic Audio Concepts, OSHA Safety, and Smart Technologies.
