Processing payment exceptions.

Process high volumes of incoming mortgage payments (check, wire, eibc). Organizing and storing department work for auditing purposes on a weekly basis. Set up daily distribution of payments to vendors via wire and ACH. Analyze and reconcile several company bank accounts on a daily/monthly basis. Track, maintain and organize Market Access Fee projects where distribution of funds have reached over 4 million dollars. Work with company sales representatives to ensure information is accurate. Consistently run duplicate ACH checking program to ensure no duplicate disbursement of funds. Several Ad-Hoc projects related to reconciling funds being sent to clients using Excel. Print and organize checks for distribution to customers in a timely manner. Assisted QA department to ensure department programs worked properly. Reviewed, corrected, and reprocessed ACH and Check payments with errors to ensure they cleared properly and correctly.
