Not only I work as an exporter in this industry but also how to market the company’s products as well as customer service which is very important as a marketer.In this industry, it required me to deal with customers, take them to see the showroom as Louis Valentino Ltd is a trading company of ceramic, porcelain, all kind of tiles, stone (include marble and granite), sanitary and wood flooring.As an export executive, we are not only in charge of exporting but also have to deal with certain department such as purchasing, shipping agent and so on.Sometimes, we also have to deal with the Inspection member, depends on the customer's country that required an inspection.In this position, we need to actively participate in event, mostly all ceramic fair in the world. The one that actively participate every year is Cevisama Fair, Big Five Fair and Canton Fair (Biggest ceramic fair in China). In this event, we have to recruit more new customers and introduce new items to either old or new customers.
