I graduated in April of 2018 with a Bachelors in Liberal Studies with a focus on Health and Human Concerns. I will be pursuing a graduate degree in public health, mastering in Epidemiology or Behavioral Health.As a student in Florida International University, I have learned many different skills. I have learned how to work in teams with a variety of different people, personalities, and cultures. Because of this, I have been able to create relationships with people of different backgrounds. I have also learned how to be culturally aware. That is how to communicate with people of a different culture while being careful not to do any actions or say any phrases that could be offensive.In my years of working, I have applied these skills, and others, to create bonding experiences with customers. It helped me create more sales and improve my selling technique.
