Successfully reduced the electronics budget per project by an average of 75%, by creating more efficient electronics to articulate the 3D printed models. Tasks included designing 3D CAD models using SolidWorks prior to printing on the FDM and PolyJet printers. Additionally, created an in-house clock-in system using a Raspberry Pi with a serial LCD and a keypad wired to it. Resulting experience with atmega328p IC with custom PCBs, python, MySQL, and apache web server.

Created Perl scripts which reduced the workload of fellow employees by streamlining tasks. Supported the mission by developing and maintaining software. Managerial tasks included providing weekly status reports, delegating intern tasks, and providing assistance. Acquired experience using SVN and Perl.

Lead Backend Developer for the Communications and Health ITOS Management Program (C.H.I.MP.) a website developed using PHP and MySQL. Resulted in experience with writing technical documentation, leading meetings, and discussing project goals and deadlines with clients. Additionally, created a project management tool which allowed better management over current tasks and projects developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
