General management of the production location in Kenya. During this period the farm grew from 6ha to 20ha (14ha of greenhouses), by means of acquisition of two neighboring farms. This required a redesign of the organization structure, build our company culture and integrated the different horticultural infrastructures. Together with internal and external parties we designed and constructed a new climate and irrigation system and implemented the global Florensis ERP system for our supply chain and availability control.

Since registration in 1997, LNGG has striven to ensure that growers’ interests are represented in the management of Lake Naivasha and its environs.The administration committee steers the LNGG and sets goals and direction for the Executive Officer and employees.

First job after university, my internship at Carzan resulted in this position. Successful introduction on a new crop Phlox paniculate. Other crops where: Hypericum, Lisianthus, Ammi Majus & Callas.
