- Manage a portfolio of industrial development projects valued at over $750MM and eclipsing 6MM square feet throughout all life cycle phases- Execute proforma analysis, draft financial models, run cost comparisons for pursuit opportunities, assess potential sites, prepare internal investment committee packages and formulate offering memorandums.- Facilitate extensive due diligence efforts and assist in the negotiation and exhibit preparation of site development agreements to ensure successful lease transactions for Fortune 50 clients- Provide governance over cross-functional project teams to ensure quality in delivery; consistently maintaining scope, schedule, and budget on high demanding projects throughout the United States- Act as the direct liaison between client and the project team including general contractor, architect, engineers, governmental agencies and various other internal/external stakeholders- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package and sell real estate assets
