My goal is to provide exceptional resources to entrepreneurs, innovators, and their enablers and serve as a central point of contact, regardless of whether they are a current student, alumnus, or a member of the entrepreneurial community at large.Selected activities include:• Organize and facilitate the Summer Entrepreneurship Experience, an immersive 10-week program allowing participants to test the entrepreneurial path and develop their own startup project through a full-time, practical, team-based program• Launched the EIC Fellowship program including fellowships in Venture Capital, Tech Transfer, and Search Funds. Fellowships are designed to be semester-long hands-on experiences working alongside the employees who lead IESE’s initiatives in each space• Serve as the Managing Director of the International Search Fund Center (see below)• Provide support to the Startup and Entrepreneurship Club, Entrepreneurship Club of the Executive EMBA (CEEMBA), Search Fund Club, and the venture capital-related activities of the VC/PE Club• Assist in the planning and coordination of startup ecosystem treks to Silicon Valley, Berlin, and Barcelona• Provide mentoring and coaching to current students, alumni, and the community at large• Organize the Private Equity/Venture Capital Conference (launched the inaugural edition in 2019 with 24 speakers representing some of Europe's top funds and sold out registration with 325 attendees) • Contribute to seminars, workshops, and class sessions as a speaker/panelist and organizer

Through our research, events, and network, we try to understand the specific challenges of search funds and provide resources to help entrepreneurs and investors make their decisions and successfully engage in this form of entrepreneurship.Responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Organizing the multi-day International Search Fund Conference - Grew attendance by greater >65% from the previous edition (with guests attending from more than 55 different countries), following a restructuring of planning and promotion• Extending the ISFC’s programming to include specialized international summits between the biennial International Search Fund Conference - Hosted the first ever Search Fund Investor Day in Munich, Germany in 2019• Coordinate the production of the International Search Fund Study, a biennial report on the state of the asset class - The International Search Fund Study is released in conjunction with Stanford GSB’s Search Fund Study, with Stanford’s study considering search funds in the United States and Canada and IESE’s study considering the rest of the world• Created and now managing the IESE Search Fund Fellowship Program
