Dean Jones is a senior learning expert at Gallup, responsible for leading Gallup’s global learning strategy. He is also the chair of Gallup’s Diversity Advisory Council. In addition to advising clients on learning and development interventions, he has overseen Gallup’s client learning strategy, the development of workplace consultants, and the global growth of courses and learning products.Dean has nearly 30 years of executive experience in management, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Gallup in 2005, Dean helped start and run a successful global training business, creating profitable relationships with enterprise customers and building a worldwide channel of training providers. He also served as a senior leader for Rank Video Services, part of The Rank Group, and Merisel, a Fortune 500 distributor.
