I have a proven track record of leadership and customer service excellence, with hands-on experience in leading teams both academically and professionally.In my most recent role as a Shift Manager at KFC Canada, I ensured smooth operations, managed inventory, and solved troubleshooting issues. I also communicated effectively with the general manager and other management members to review the company’s goals and metrics. Previously, as a Team Member at Tim Hortons Canada, I built strong relationships with customers, prioritized food safety, and ensured that the restaurant was clean, organized, and running efficiently. I also assessed different tasks that supported the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and trained team members to achieve operational goals.I am actively exploring pathways for skill enhancement and continuous learning, demonstrating my commitment to personal growth and professional development.
