Fitzpatrick Creative was launched in November 2021 to provide photography, digital media, and content creation to help small businesses realize their online goals.

Key roles were day to day running of restaurant front of house, staff training and supervision, maintaining excellent food standards, maintaining excellent levels of HACCP policies & procedures, excellent customer care with attention to detail and a can do attitude, managing reservations and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant at all times.

My key roles were, weekly payroll using Thesaurus software, ordering of weekly stock, liaising with suppliers, staff training, oversight of all HACCP policies and procurers, digital media, menu design, updating website & Facebook, managing of reservations and responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant.

My key roles were day to day running of front of house, ensuring all customers had a good experience, monitoring of all dishes and ensuring standards were excellent and consistent, weekly wage calculations, hiring and training of staff, stock ordering, liaising with suppliers, menu design, promotion of business, sales & marketing.
