Project Manager for Dredging and Marine Works

 Evaluates and coordinates all By-Admin Dredging Operation of the Department all over the country and ensure that on-going projects are operating effectively and efficiently in accordance tothe standard policy Ensure that on-going projects are operating effectively and efficiently in accordance to the standard and policy of the Department  Coordinates activities in the dredging site and monitor the consumption of resources allocated for the project Review and evaluates dredging reports submitted by Regional and District Offices, review monthly dredging reports submitted by Regional and District Offices, and ensure completeness andcorrectness of data  Perform functions necessary to ensure compliance of dredging projects, and fulfillment of policies and guidelines on Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Land and Water-based equipment Administer field inspections of work-in-progress and completed projects to ensure work is directed appropriately and effectively Prepares program of work and a detailed budgetary cost estimate for the funding of dredging operations Conduct research and make procurement plans for the innovation and upgrades of the dredging equipment for the improvements of dredging operations Prepares and process procurements of equipment and instrument for the improvement of dredging planning and operations Attending BAC meetings from pre-procurement up to post-qualification of procurement projects and act as the representative for the Floating Equipment Division for those conference

 Created models using SolidWorks and participated in cross-functional product-development meetings Developed, recommended and build prototypes and run tests to measure their level of function Designed products using CAD with the help of engineering and fabrication teammates to ensure that the design are feasible Supervised fabricators and other personnel on production and projects implementation

 Planned products and materials needed for the project, cascade the requirement to the Project Admin Staff and coordinate timely deliveries of these products and materials to the site Planned the manpower requirements of the project, coordinate with HR about these requirements and ensure that the manpower plan is carried out Monitored the progress of the project and to ensure that project timelines are followed and adhered to  Supervises Foreman in implementing the work requirements of the project Held responsible for the safekeeping of all materials delivered to the site. Return all materials and equipment in good condition and coordinate maintenance of equipment

 Assisted the Property Manager to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficiencies Recommended short term and long term plans for the operation, maintenance, and upgrade for property value enhancement  Ensures that all house rules and regulations pertaining to parking, security, move-ins and move-outs of tenants and other related policies are strictly implemented Involved in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification processes Monitored all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for property
