I've been dedicated to teaching piano to Rio Grande Valley students since January of 2000. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion with others.One main goal has influence my teaching style, and that is to inspire every student to play the piano all their lives. I strongly believe in the classical training to develop technique, but even more strongly, I believe music should be relevant to today's students. I've started to play the piano at the age of 9 and finished my bachelor's in music in 2005. I've been involved in contemporary praise & worship music since the age of 14.I believe music is an essential to lifeSpecialties: training students in classical piano,music theory,make theory relevant by applying it to praise/worship and/or popular music,sight-reading,accompanying,choral arranging, transcribing music (tabs, lead sheet, choral, etc)
