Responsible for the programme management of dual track process for Merger & Acquisition (M&A) and Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the business. My role was to provide Programme leadership to Three’s Company Plan, engage and influence senior stakeholders to translate insight into Initiatives to deliver the Business outcomes. Establish and lead a Programme and Project structure to deliver the desired outcomes. Leading a team of 40 Project Managers and had line manager responsibility for 4 Programme Managers and 3 Programme Coordinators including permanent and contracted employees.Leading the delivery of multiple Technical and Business Change Programmes: Managed Service Transformation; ICT Run & Maintain; People & Property; Business Operations; Customer Service Support; Business Transformation. Responsible for investment budget and ensuring programmes and projects were well executed with agreed governance and process to meet time, cost and quality objectives.

My role as Programme Manager was to lead the delivery of the Best Network Programme that delivered a change of perception of Three’s Network within the Market. I was then also given the remit to design and execute the Programmes for Three’s Strategic Company plan, including management of cross company progress reviews and escalations related to initiatives delivering our strategic goals.
