I have honed my abilities in client assistance, system analysis, troubleshooting, SFTP server administration, and effective communication with clients and partners.Here's a breakdown of my key responsibilities:* Client Support and Integration: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues for clients utilizing Quicklizard's pricing platform. I facilitate smooth integration processes, utilizing various methods such as API, SDK, AWS SFTP Server, and SSO, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.* System Analysis and Troubleshooting: Employ Logstash for thorough analysis of system logs, conduct Linux administration tasks, and execute queries to diverse API endpoints through Ruby scripts.* Script Development and Reporting: Develop custom scripts using Ruby and Python to generate insightful reports from internal and external API endpoints. These reports, integrated with AWS S3, serve as valuable tools for informed decision-making by both internal departments and clients.* SFTP Server Management: Take charge of user account and directory creation and management for SFTP server access. I prioritize security by implementing SSH key management protocols to ensure secure connections.* Communication: Engaging with clients and partners to address concerns and nurture positive relationships.* Collaboration: Sharing technical insights across departments to foster seamless cooperation.
