I am an articulate and detail-oriented banking professional with strong analytical skills, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. I have a proven history of improving processes, elevating customer satisfaction, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships and drive a collective goal.After graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce, double majoring in Economics and Commercial Law, I began my role as a Payment Operations Officer with ASB Bank. This position has allowed me to demonstrate my ability to identify & develop system-driven process improvements to reduce over-servicing and increase team productivity. An accountable team with a strong risk culture is of the highest importance, and I have ensured this is achieved through attending ongoing risk trainings and being exposed to risk-related projects. I am experienced in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, quality and compliance of all transactions processed, as well as assisting in various management tasks including team planning, KPI setting, and data collection and analysis for the HO and GM of Operations. I have trained 9 different staff members in 2 seperate areas across my team, and provide ongoing mentoring and support to ensure that the stakeholder experience is at the forefront of everything we do.Prior to this, my career in sales began in late 2014 after finishing high school, and over those seven years I developed strong client relationship management techniques, refined my negotiation abilities, and further enhanced both my written and verbal communication skills. Client-facing roles are where I thrive, and both my sales and banking career are a strong reflection of this.
