- Initially hired for Architectural Assistant post but a year after, promoted to Senior Architectural Executive.- Assist the project team lead to plan/manage and provide design solutions and ensure to meet deadlines and milestones of project schedules.- Developed design concepts and digital Revit 3D models for presentation, design solutions and to generate clash detections during construction phase.- Supervision and preparation of architectural drawings using Revit/CAD or Microstation.- Review or modify drawings according to the directions and instructions from the Project Architect.- Check/coordinate architectural drawings together with structural and other trades' drawings.- Supervise and assist to prepare submissions, tender and construction drawings.- Prepare drawings necessary for Authorities submissions, to ensure that designs are all in compliance with the Singapore building codes.- Review shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors and ensure that it complies with the architectural drawings.- Perform quality control of production drawings and details based on office standards.

- Prepare coordination drawings both architectural and structural shop drawings.- Assist the Project Manager for preparation of progress reports and ensure that construction milestones are up to date and can meet the targeted deadline.- Prepare site works schedules and full coordination with other trades to make sure that everything is on the right track.- Attend weekly site meetings with the design consultant and sub-contractors.- Coordinate with the designer consultant the design intent versus the site condition.- Answer site condition questions from production team and supply them with proper information regarding their queries.- Conduct site inspections and making sure that correct and precise dimensions are implemented on site especially on sensitive areas that need to follow codes, restrictions and requirements.- Coordinate/liaise with procurement team regarding materials, finishes and equipments that are needed in the project.- Liaise directly to Consultants and NSC/Subcontractors on the status of works from piling, structure and architectural works.

- Generate design intention and detail drawings from conceptualization of the architectural building facade of the multi-million project.- Prepare preliminary designs and presentations of the cladding design of a certain project.- Coordinate with the architectural, interior and structural designers the implication of the design changes/revisions with regards to the building facade layout/design if structurally feasible for current site condition.- Prepare working and cutting lists drawings needed for the mock-up testings being held outside project site.- Attended several on site mock up testings to ensure that the cladding design meet the design standards architecturally and structurally.- Attend weekly technical meetings with the main/sub-contractors.
