I started a small business at the beginning of 2020 selling handmade items through a variety of needle crafts. I did so in order to turn my hobby into an business venture.

In this elected position I was responsible for the organization of social events for the Chemistry Society. Our first event of the year was 'The Big Stem Social' which brought together societies across the STEM field in the university, this was the first event of its kind and has continued for the generations of the society following the end of my term.

In my role, I worked on the shop floor and tills where I assisted with inquiries and provided premium customer service. I was tasked with managing money and responsible for stock replenishment.

In a short-term contract where I worked within the housing repairs team with the local council, I was responsible for auditing large data sets and determining which properties needed additional work to be brought up to the legislative standard, in addition, I helped with their record keeping and data organization infrastructure.
