After the conclusion of my internship, I was moved to an undergraduate mechanical engineering position where I design and detail parts on SolidWorks.

I spent 3 months in the factory with qualified tradespeople in departments such as the machine shop, sheet metal fabrication, truck bodies workshop and assembly. During this time, I gained a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly fabrication and machining as I was taught to TIG and MIG weld as well as operate manual lathes and mills.For the remaining 3 months, I was moved to the engineering office where I could use my knowledge of manufacturing processes to design and model parts and assemblies.
